Your choice and the provider's responsibility

The provider is an independent business, not our employee. The provider is responsible for inspections, estimates, credentials, contracts, permits, warranties, workmanship, and completing any agreed work. You remain free to ask questions, compare options, decline service, or choose someone else. Submitting a request never requires you to hire anyone.

If something goes wrong

Start by giving the provider a reasonable opportunity to respond. If the issue remains unresolved, email support@price-quotes.com with the site domain, provider name, service area, relevant dates, and available documentation. We may review records, request the provider's response, encourage a practical resolution, and pause or revoke network participation when our standards are not met.

We cannot act as a court, regulator, insurer, attorney, or guarantor, and we cannot compel a refund or particular result. We can listen, document the concern, help identify appropriate official resources, and use our relationship with a participating provider to advocate where doing so is responsible and supported by the facts.
